Episode Overview

The mob orchestrates a scheme to extort local businesses and residents under the guise of offering "insurance." Frank and Nordberg take it upon themselves to look into the situation. Following an attack on a dance instructor, they decide to open a locksmith and key-making shop to go undercover. When the mob visits to pressure them into buying "insurance," Frank brushes off their intimidation, prompting the gang to retaliate against their store. Ultimately, Frank discovers that the key to halting the crime spree lies in their new locksmith venture.
