Episode Overview
Jessica and Lila are back in the spotlight as the annual Pacific Freestyle Dance competition approaches, offering winners a shot at appearing on TV. Jessica, who has claimed victory for the past two years, is shocked when her longtime dance partner Franco decides to tour with Madonna. To make matters worse, Lila’s father has brought in a talented dancer, Rico, for her. Reluctantly, Jessica teams up with Winston and discovers he has impressive skills. However, when Franco unexpectedly returns, she quickly drops Winston. Just before the concert, Lila tricks Franco into leaving, prompting Jessica to snatch Rico away, leaving Lila stuck with Winston. Meanwhile, Todd, who despises dancing, is upset when Liz chooses not to partner with him and instead teams up with Koichi.
