Episode Overview
Alex and Lauren's new relationship hits a significant bump when one of Lauren's old flames pays a visit, leaving Alex feeling unexpectedly vulnerable. As Lauren attempts to prepare a "foolproof" dinner of frozen TV meals, she receives a call from her charming and intelligent ex, Eric Matthews, who is coming in from New York and wants to take her out for dinner. Eager to prevent any miscommunication, Lauren checks with Alex before agreeing to meet Eric, and he reassures her that he’s completely fine with it.
