Episode Overview
With Nestov's assistance, Cole apprehends Vesser, who had been employing Nestov to procure supplies for a heist. Meanwhile, a thief from Desseria, Zareth, is plotting to steal an item during an art exhibition. Mel manages to secure an invitation for herself and Cole through Det. Bruno, despite Vic's belief that she is trying to arrange a date with him. When Cole fails to find Zareth, an assault team led by Max storms in. Skeptical of Max being Zareth, Cole slips away to investigate. In the chaos, Bruno is shot and seriously injured. Mel seizes a cell phone to call for help, while Cole realizes the curator's escort is actually Zareth. Zin orchestrated the heist with Max’s crew, enabling Zareth to access a vault containing an ancient Egyptian statue with an alien map. Cole confronts Zareth, but she uses her chameleon abilities and a can of nitrogen to fend him off. Zareth shoots Max
