Episode Overview

Suudor, a Desserian inmate, is mimicking notorious serial killers such as Gacy, Manson, and the Boston Strangler. While tracking him down, Mel and Cole discover that he’s headed to England. Meanwhile, Jess is there visiting her ex-boyfriend. Suudor's ultimate goal is to replicate the infamous crimes of Jack the Ripper. To make matters worse, one of Zin's agents is assisting him and has provided Suudor with photos of both Jess and Mel. After eluding Cole at a hospital, Suudor gets ready to target the women...
