Episode Overview

After finishing his shift at the hospital, an obstetrician came home to a shocking scene: his wife lay on the bathroom floor, bloodied and unresponsive. In a desperate attempt to save her, he tried to revive her, getting blood on his clothes in the process. Once his efforts failed, he dialed 911 for help. However, the blood spatter patterns didn't align with his account, prompting investigators to dig deeper into the unsettling circumstances surrounding her death.
