Episode Overview

In the middle of the day, Kansas City attorney Richard Armitage was viciously killed in his office. Initially, the police focused on Lou Campbell, who had made threats against Armitage, but he was soon exonerated. The investigation then shifted to Armitage’s law partner, Richard Buchli, who had struggled in his legal career and was burdened with over $250,000 in debt.
