Title: In the Bag Plot: Following the execution of his victims, the murderer carefully arranged the crime scene and stuffed the damning evidence into a plastic bag, which he discarded into the river. Instead of drifting away, the bag snagged on some low-hanging branches. Days later, when officers discovered it, they were optimistic that the contents held vital clues to uncovering the killer's identity and solving the case, believing that everything they needed was “in the bag.”
