Episode Overview
In Pennsylvania in 1984, a bystander discovers a woman's torso concealed in a cardboard box. To ascertain the time of death, investigators turn to a forensic entomologist who examines the insect activity surrounding the remains. The victim's identity remained a mystery until a year later when her sister reported her missing. After she was finally identified, a man was found guilty of her murder. However, could additional findings from forensic entomology alter the verdict?
