Episode Overview

A woman's body is discovered in a ravine, yet vital evidence from the crime scene has been obliterated by heavy thunderstorms. Investigators hit dead ends on two occasions. Nearly two decades later, a forgotten hat and a fragment of stainless steel finally lead to the apprehension of the murderer.
