Vic is determined to get rid of Jesus from the area, so he enlists Lloyd to act as his informant, keeping a close watch on him. Meanwhile, Jesus and his crew discover an ideal plot for their community garden, but they quickly run into trouble when local Mexican gangsters attempt to extort them for money.
