Honker and Gosalyn discover a trail of dinosaur footprints that leads them to the wicked Dr. Fossil, a duck who has transformed into a dinosaur. Armed with his de-evolution ray and fueled by a passing comet, Fossil intends to wipe out existing life on Earth to allow dinosaurs to reclaim their place in the world.
