J. Gander recruits DW to prepare a few of Shush's agents for action, but Agent Grizzlicoff is not pleased with this decision and decides to turn double agent for F.O.W.L. Meanwhile, Steelbeak lays a cunning trap for the newly formed "Darkwing Squad," leading to an intense confrontation between Grizzlicoff and Darkwing.
