In "Control," Huff grapples with issues of authority both at work and at home. He visits Russell’s office, where he faces a barrage of challenging questions designed to prepare him for an insurance hearing that could determine the fate of his job. Back at home, tensions rise as Beth clashes with her mother-in-law Izzy over the importance of maintaining family privacy. Meanwhile, Byrd sets off to tutor Gail, an attractive high school senior. As the second day of the hearing unfolds, Huff receives a shocking blow when one of his bipolar patients takes the stand.
