To keep her arrangement with Sheldon intact, Amy deceives him by claiming that repairs are being done on her apartment. They decide to film a special "on location" episode of "Fun With Flags" in Penny’s place. Meanwhile, Leonard discovers that Penny has been stashing away his collectibles and, in response, allows her to redecorate Sheldon’s former room.
