Carl leverages his prominent media presence to charge Detective Steve Owen with corruption. Meanwhile, Graham "Munster" Kinniburgh is shot dead, prompting Mick Gatto to urge Carl Williams to put an end to the escalating gangland conflict. In a twist, "Benji" Veniamin consents to eliminate his former mentor, only for Gatto to emerge unscathed. The devastating news of their best friend's death hits Carl and Roberta hard, leaving them in shock.
