Episode Overview

Believing that Jason Moran played a role in the nightclub attack, Steve Owens cleverly manipulates Jason's driver, Carl Williams, into disclosing that he transported Jason to and from the incident. Meanwhile, Carl Williams begins to lay the groundwork for his own criminal empire. The police are resolute in their mission to dismantle the notorious "Carlton Crew" gang.
