Loan shark Mario Condello finds himself in a financial pinch, which he resolves with ruthless decisiveness. Longtime adversaries Carl Williams and Jason Moran each put out hits on one another. Meanwhile, the detectives of Task Force Purana are enraged as corruption within the police undermines their efforts to crack the case.
