Episode Overview

As Luke reaches the midpoint of his journey, he arrives in Da Nang, a vibrant city situated along the coast, just west of the Hàn River. His first stop is the stunning dragon bridge, followed by a visit to My Khe beach, where he prepares a shrimp dish on the sand, entertaining local onlookers. Venturing inland, he finds a community vegetable garden alongside the railway, where he crafts an authentic turmeric noodle dish using fresh herbs from the garden.
