Officer John Nolan finds himself confronting serial killer Rosalind once more, and she makes it clear that her obsession with him is far from over. At the same time, Officers Bradford and Chen team up with Detective Lopez and the Las Vegas Police Department to infiltrate and take down the heads of a significant criminal organization.
