With mounting evidence suggesting that Jefferson Pierce is Black Lightning, the ASA moves to apprehend him. In a bid to assist, Lynn reaches out to Detective Henderson for support. While Jefferson finds himself behind bars, Gambi and Anissa join forces to prove that Black Lightning is still active and protecting the streets of Freeland.
