Shortly after midnight on July 4, 2007, a disgruntled neighbor in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn area leaves his yard and opens fire on three young people celebrating a party, killing them instantly. He then aims his weapon at two witnesses who saw the horrific scene unfold.
