Episode Overview

After a year of uncertainty about Fox Mulder's location, A.D. Skinner and Agent Scully discover that he is being accused of murdering a military officer, Knowle Rohrer, a member of a covert group of super-soldiers. Skinner steps in to defend Mulder, while various individuals from Mulder's nine-year tenure at the FBI come forward to support him. However, the military tribunal seems uninterested in the actual facts of the case.
