Episode Overview

Facing financial difficulties, Sharon has found employment, but Tracey is hesitant to join in, even with the support of Sharon and Dorien. Tracey confesses her lack of confidence, as she was never permitted to work during her marriage. To help, Sharon suggests that Tracey try some volunteer work for Siobhan, the editor of a newsletter for prisoners' families. Later, Sharon accompanies Tracey to apply for a receptionist position, where Tracey becomes anxious about her limited qualifications and experience. In a bid to secure the job, Sharon ends up embellishing her application form.
