Episode Overview
The seven remaining teams kick off from El Jem Coliseum, where they completed the fourth leg. After departing, they receive a route marker directing them to locate a monument called Tataouine, situated 300 miles away. Despite finishing fifth in the previous leg, Paul and Amie gain an advantage and move ahead of Frank and Margarita due to production issues. Upon reaching Tataouine, the teams face a Detour, choosing between an easier or a more challenging game. The easier game is hidden away, while the difficult one is more accessible. All teams opt for the "Listening" challenge, which requires them to use a walkie-talkie to find clues. The clue leads them to search for a "yellow and white flag" in the Sahara Desert, with stones to guide their way. Some teams find the rock guidance a bit perplexing, but they continue on.
