Episode Overview
The five remaining teams depart from their Pit Stop at the Stone Cross in Dubrovnik, Croatia, receiving a clue that directs them to take a ferry to Ancona, Italy. They all start by catching a bus to Split, Croatia. Although all teams board the same ferry, challenging driving conditions in Ancona lead to delays for some, with only two teams arriving when the Roadblock opens at 7 A.M. One competitor struggles significantly during the Roadblock, while another team boosts their standing by choosing a Fast Forward that involves a significant physical challenge. Teams also receive a message from home via a Blackberry, which they cannot use for anything else. A team grows frustrated when they misplace their clue, and tensions rise between one racer and their partner during a tough driving moment, prompting an outburst to "stop this car!"
