Episode Overview
As the race nears its conclusion, the teams embark on a 75-mile journey to the Royal Kraal, where they receive their next clues via T-Mobile Sidekicks. They are instructed to board a flight to Tokyo, Japan, covering over 7,000 miles, and must find the bustling Shibuya intersection to spot a clue on a massive screen. This leads them to the Hachiko dog statue, followed by a Detour choice: Maiden or Messenger. In Maiden, they must carry a maiden for a third of a mile, while Messenger requires assembling folding bikes and delivering messages to two locations. After completing the task and resting in capsule accommodations at Capsule Land Hotel, teams head to Fujikyu Highland amusement park. There, a Roadblock awaits, where one team member must ride three attractions in search of a clue. This clue guides them to the Pit Stop at Lake Yamanaka, where they use a duck boat to reach the Big Swan.
