When Melissa captures a fuzzy image of a mysterious creature gliding through Evergreen Lake, a chaotic swarm of monster enthusiasts invades Evergreen Forest. Bert manages to capture the supposed monster, but it leads him on a wild chase across the water, culminating in a dramatic crash. In the end, the townspeople discover the truth behind the legend when the so-called monster turns out to be just another one of Cyril Sneer's tourist gimmicks.
