Eager for an adventure, Eliza persuades her mother to let her trek across the Andean pass with a llama, planning to reunite with her family on the other side. However, she feels let down when her overly cautious father takes charge of the journey. As they travel, her annoyance grows as her attempts to venture off are thwarted by his vigilant supervision. Ultimately, Eliza comes to appreciate her father's cleverness when he steps in to save her from danger.
