As Julia persistently battles to preserve the historic Kearney mansion, B.J. faces the challenge of protecting both Sugarbaker's and Poteet Industries from the looming threat posed by the Kearney family. Just when things seem bleak, Kiki Kearney unveils her ambitious venture, "Kikibaker's," while Lester Kearney triumphantly announces the acquisition of Poteet Industries. With renovations on the mansion in motion, Anthony and the women find themselves dismissed for defiance. However, a chance encounter leads Craig, a friend of Mary Jo's, to uncover incriminating information about the Kearneys' illicit financial dealings, ultimately saving both businesses from the impending takeover.
