Episode Overview

Audrey experiences the grim realities of the national healthcare system after injuring her back. Her private physician declines to help her because of outstanding bills and directs her to a public clinic instead. Meanwhile, Richard, a complete novice at skiing, discovers the pitfalls of pretending to be a seasoned pro on the slopes, leading to a series of comical mishaps as he tries to maintain his façade.
