Episode Overview
The Sorceress calls upon He-Man to investigate a disturbance at Castle Grayskull, where the jaw bridge slams against the chasm and eerie lights flicker ominously. Inside, the atmosphere is unsettling, filled with bizarre holographic projections of monsters. Uncertain of the cause, the Sorceress is advised by Orko that a spirit might be trying to reach her. Utilizing the window of the ancients, she discovers the source: Zanthor, a former magician of the Council of the Wise, who was banished after selling the Golden Disks of Knowledge to Skeletor, enabling him to invade Eternia and construct Snake Mountain. Seeking redemption, Zanthor offers to assist He-Man in reclaiming the Disks.
