Episode Overview

Philip, a careless junior guard, overlooks Whiplash as he stealthily infiltrates the palace to steal the King's Ice Raider. Just in the nick of time, He-Man intervenes and prevents the theft. As a consequence, King Randor assigns Philip to the Eternian Weather Station to instill a sense of duty in him. Meanwhile, Skeletor, eager to seize the Ice Raider, contacts his ally Icer in the North, commanding him to seize control of the Weather Station. Icer swiftly takes charge, resulting in chaotic weather catastrophes sweeping across Eternia.
