In an alley, a man wearing a superhero outfit is discovered dead, having intervened to save a man from a mugging. Mac, Stella, and Dr. Hawkes come across his costume stashed in a nearby phone booth. Meanwhile, Danny and Lindsay look into the homicide of a first-round NFL draft pick famously dubbed "Superman."
