The thesis claims that the stunning Cole Center in Los Angeles has serious structural issues. Initially hesitant, Don and his FBI team delve into the case, uncovering that the student's assertions were valid and revealing a shocking conspiracy. Meanwhile, Alan is gearing up for a first date and invites Don and Terry to join, hoping their presence might spark a revival of their past relationship.
