Episode Overview

Cuddy chooses to stay home more often to care for her newly adopted child, delegating some of her usual duties to Cameron, including overseeing House. Cameron finds himself caught in House's manipulative games, leading to a tense power struggle as he and the team investigate the case of a Special Education teacher who fainted and coughed up blood during class. As House pushes Cameron's limits with his unorthodox methods, the teacher's condition worsens. House argues that the teacher's apparent goodness is, in fact, a symptom of an underlying pathology.
