After realizing that the experimental medication he’s been administering leads to deadly tumors, House chooses to try and remove them on his own. However, he struggles with the procedure and ultimately requires Cuddy's assistance. Meanwhile, Thirteen's former prison friend, Amy Landecker, shows up at her apartment in need of medical help after being stabbed and refusing to go to the hospital. As her condition worsens, causing her to lose feeling and movement in her arm, Thirteen seeks Chase's help. Additionally, Taub receives surprising news that might alter the course of his life.
