Episode Overview
In this concluding episode, Dallas investigates the intricate systems required to sustain seven billion people with food, energy, and water. Currently, 40% of the Earth's land is utilized for agriculture. To grasp the extent of this transformation, Dallas paraglides over southern Spain, where vast greenhouses now thrive in what was once a barren area. He also rides alongside cowboys on Brazil’s largest cattle ranch, herding over 125,000 cattle. Additionally, he visits Lake Mead, the largest artificial lake in the U.S., showcasing its role in turning a harsh desert into Las Vegas's vibrant cityscape. Finally, he joins efforts to construct a 750-mile artificial river to channel water across northern China.
