The Culture Fest has returned, and the girls are challenged to outdo last year's successful theme. After some deliberation, they finally settle on a new idea, but Chiyo finds herself feeling the weight of expectations. As the festival kicks off, Chiyo gets ready, donning her outfit. Meanwhile, Nyamo stops by for a coffee, while Kimura arrives with a completely different agenda. During the festivities, Chiyo and Osaka take a moment to relax and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the Culture Fest.
