During the Notting Hill Carnival, two five-year-old twins disappear, sparking a massive nationwide search that ultimately yields no results. Fast forward thirteen years, and one of the twins, Jason, ends up in the hospital following a car accident. With this new development, efforts are reignited to locate his sister, Cindy, and uncover whether she is still alive.
