Episode Overview

Tina Findlay, a young girl, is apprehended for shoplifting, prompting Policewoman Margaret Stewart to investigate her history for answers. As Margaret attempts to assist Tina, her efforts become increasingly challenging and frustrating, especially when Tina becomes entangled with the notorious criminal Max Gillies.
