Meanwhile, Dr. Choi and medical student Jeff Clark treat a 19-year-old tough guy who arrives at the hospital in intense pain. As they uncover the source of his distress, the situation escalates, prompting Dr. Reese to step in with determination. Dr. Halstead faces a challenging case made even more complex by Dr. Stohl, who is being followed by a camera crew filming a promotional piece for the hospital.
