Episode Overview

The Solana Hotel is in turmoil as Mateo and Les struggle to maintain order. Les’s son, Liam, has taken on the role of the hotel’s handyman. Meanwhile, Gavin and Noreen are frustrated after arriving only to discover their luggage is missing. Mateo finds himself reluctantly giving Liam tips on how to flirt with attractive women. Kenneth and Gavin try to console Jacqueline, who is grieving her late husband, but they receive a shocking surprise when they think they spot Donald’s ghost. Observing all the chaos is Joyce Temple-Savage, the new hotel manager, who is determined to elevate the establishment to four-star status.
