ThunderCats (1985)

Episode Overview

Mumm-Ra discovers the legendary Treasure of Thundera and the Sword of Plundarr, which Jaga had buried deep underground after defeating its former owner, Ratilla. Seeking the sword, he and his companion Ma-Mutt journey back through time and space, inadvertently causing Thundera to reform. The Thundercats learn of Mumm-Ra's plans and realize they must reach New Thundera to thwart him. While the main group prepares the Feliner for the journey, Lynx-O and the Thunderkittens stay behind at the tower. Noticing the limited defense, Vultureman alerts Luna, who sends Red Eye and Tug Mug to launch an attack, capturing Lynx-O and the Thunderkittens.
