Episode Overview
Panthro, Tygra, and Cheetara arrive back at New Thundera aboard the Feliner, eager to uncover more of the Treasure of Thundera. However, Mumm-Ra shoots down their ship and, shrouded in the Fog of Despair, transports them to the Canyons of Youth, reverting them to Thundercubs. Disguised as Lion-O, Mumm-Ra tricks the Thundercubs into searching for the treasure on his behalf. Meanwhile, on Third Earth, Lion-O and Snarf plan to rescue their friends but need the Mutants' help to reach New Thundera in the Rat-Star. The Mutants agree, plotting to ambush Lion-O in space. They capture both him and Snarf, but the duo manages to escape. Cheetara, using her sixth sense, discovers the Mirror of Truth, and when the real Lion-O arrives, he wields the Sword of Omens alongside it to
