Episode Overview

In the episode "Teddy Takes Off," a glowing review from Food and Wine magazine highlights one of Teddy's signature dishes, but Jack claims all the glory for himself. Furious, Teddy decides to quit, but his frequent returns prompt Jack to recruit a new chef named Chet. As Nolita becomes inundated with customers eager to try the fish dish, Jack quickly realizes he lacks the skills to prepare it. Faced with a full restaurant and a growing crisis, Jack understands he must bring Teddy back to save the day.
