Episode Overview

After boasting about her clout on Palo Alto, Regine is caught off guard when Synclaire shows up at the set, hoping for her assistance in landing a role. Regine feels embarrassed when the cast doesn't recognize her, and the director dismissively refers to her as “the odor-eater girl.” She confesses to Synclaire about her exaggerations, admitting that while her job lacks glitz, she genuinely loves it. Synclaire agrees to keep the truth under wraps. When an extra is let go, Regine takes the opportunity to sneak Synclaire into a scene as the Grim Reaper. Meanwhile, Khadijah asks Max to write a column on the legal field for Flavor, but when Khadijah starts making edits, Max bristles, leading Khadijah to point out her difficulty with criticism.
