Episode Overview

Synclaire secures a gig as a clown sidekick on a hit TV show, thanks to Kyle's connections with the producer. To her dismay, she finds her boss is a dictatorial 12-year-old, and she attempts to instill some manners in him, leading to an awkward rant on live television. Meanwhile, Overton struggles to overcome his fear of clowns but doesn't make much progress. Khadijah accuses Regine of pilfering her grandmother's raisin cookie recipe to win a baking contest, and both share their skewed accounts of the situation with Overton. Eventually, they learn that Max's carelessness caused the mix-up, yet neither is willing to apologize.
