Dr. Ling is working on an innovative device aimed at enhancing the speed of chuggers, called the Booster! Brewster assists her in trialing it. While the booster propels him to incredible speeds, it comes with some unpleasant drawbacks. Enjoying the spotlight and the admiration that comes with being seen as a fast engine, Brewster chooses to keep quiet about the negative effects.
