Brewster catches wind that the Mayor is interviewing Action Chugger regarding "Sky High Flyer," a movie focused on maximizing your resources. Inspired to pursue filmmaking himself, Brewster decides to assist the Mayor by creating a film for her presentations about the origins of Chuggington. However, he soon realizes that things aren’t going as he envisioned, as he struggles to find anything thrilling enough to capture on camera.
